Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sheeply bowl. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it.
1. 14-day returns
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. This applies to every order, wherever you live (United States, Canada and Europe).
2. How to start a return
- Email contact.sheeply@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your email, unused and in the original packaging where possible.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered. In that case we cover the cost.
4. Refunds
We refund the price of the returned item(s) and your original standard shipping cost, to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your return. We may wait until we receive the item back or you send proof of shipping. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
5. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, or you received the wrong item, email contact.sheeply@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Customers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the 14-day legal right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the French Code de la consommation and Code civil. These rights apply in addition to this policy. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless defective.
